Please take a brief moment to read below, insight as to how I stand out from any other Real Estate Agency or agent. Hopefully, you’ll afford me the opportunity to show you though your confidence, while representing you in all your Real Estate ventures.

For the the potential BUYERS out there, I “PREVIEW” , thoroughly research any, all homes you have an interest in. I know how precious your time is, to you and your family. At times, there will be homes that will not suit your needs, wouldn’t you like to know prior to a showing? Many times I have visited a home on behalf of one of my clients and “taken additional photographs“…. if I’m permitted of course. I’ll do the same for you, I’ll then email them to you… allowing you to get a better feel for the home, before you commit your time to a preview.

Now for the SELLERS, are you THINKING OF MARKETING YOUR HOME? I build, I provide complimentary, Custom Single Property Websites for all my listings, big or small, at any price-point. SO HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT YOU? Well, besides having a great looking website for your home, with the web address or URL being your home’s actual address, it will be prominently displayed on your lawn sign (www.3WithersLane.com) This business practice, this marketing technique offers potential Buyers all there is to know about your home, the area, including school reports but perhaps most importantly, unlimited, professional photographs, which is the number one search criteria for Buyers shopping on the Internet,…and the Internet, is where 90% of them begin their home search.

This effort empowers me to market your home anywhere on the web, syndicating your home’s website to the most powerful search engines the web has to offer, places like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. All agents will tell you your home will be professionally photographed,…perhaps. As for me, in addition to being an area Real Estate professional, an award winning marketeer, I’m also a professional photographer which enables me, to visually tell your homes entire story through my skill sets, showcasing your home to it’s full potential!

Here are examples of single property websites for your review (All Photographs Taken By Me).

In offering unlimited high definition (HD) photos, the ability to add surveys, amenities list, floor plans,… virtually any documents to your website that will help showcase your home, I leave no stone unturned towards maximized effort, maximized exposure.

Single property websites also offer the luxury of “unlimited text” and featured bullet points, to properly explain all the nuances of your home unlike the MLS Systems which put limitations on: the quality, number of photographs, the amount of supportive copy/content. To keep my clients in the loop, I customarily provide “traffic reports”.

My listings are routinely on the top position on Real Estate search sites like Homes.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc. due to the amount of photos I provide for my listings. I always upload the maximum amount of photos allowed. One example would be Realtor.com, which allows for up to 36 .

Whether you’re looking to market or purchase a home, I’ve only scratched the surface on how I am uniquely different. I’ve not only explained to you, I have shown you by example, with those “BLUE” links. Ask the same of whom every your considering. Ask them to SHOW you, just as I have….then give me a call!

I challenge you to find a more compelling reason to align yourself with any other Real Estate agent or agency.
Give me a call to experience what so many already know,…but don’t take my word for it, you can read more about Ed here:
